Mahmoud Juma Assad 

The Founder

Late Mr. Mahmoud Juma Assad Saad, is the founder of Dar Alnuzum, Mahmoud Juma & Partners Public Accountants. Late Mr. Mahmoud established the firm in 1994 and has since then transformed the firm into a well reputed and respected Audit and Financial consultancy firm in the UAE. Late Mr. Mahmoud started his career with Deloitte Touche (Saba & Co) and was a director when he opted to start his own firm.

Late Mr. Mahmoud was well known among many businesses and financial professionals. He was a philanthropist and participated in many charity drives in the UAE and across the Arab world. He was an active member of many Charitable Organizations in the UAE. Late Mr. Mahmoud was known for his professional approach and ethics. He also practiced strict ethical behavior in dealing with all audit assignments.

Statutory Audit

We provide a methodical review of clients' financial statements, that guarantees a high level of assurance. This includes the verification of specific information that is either determined by the auditor or the norm of the general practice by in accordance with International Standards on Auditing.

Our work includes a review of internal controls, testing of carefully selected transactions, as well as communication with third parties. Based on findings, we issue reports that assure the fairness and correctness of financial statements which are prepared based on the applicable reporting framework (IFRS).

With over 23 years of post qualification experience in the UAE, he brings along deep understanding of audit profession.

Mohammad is specialized in the field of audit, tax and financial advisory services. Being the Engagement Partner in the Firm, he oversees all audit and assurance assignments.
 

Hend Nassar

Senior Advisor - Taxation

Ms. Hend is Certified as a TAX Agent from federal tax authority. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University in Egypt. she is a Fellow Member of the UAE's Emirates Association for Accountants &

Auditors (EAAA).

Hend has a professional experience of over nine years. She is handling complex tax assignments and is acting as an advisor to our taxation team.
